Porcelain is an exceptionally durable material. Each Figa product is fired at high temperatures, making its structure very strong and hygienic. However, like any ceramic, it can crack with a strong impact (e.g., a fall from a height onto a hard surface) or sudden temperature changes. Use it with care, and it will serve you for many years.

Yes! Playing with temperature is a great way to add new dimensions to your experience. You can: chill the fig in cold water or put it in the refrigerator for a while, gently warm it in warm water or your hands.
Warning! Do not put the Figi in the freezer, microwave, oven, or on hot surfaces. Avoid sudden temperature changes (not from cold to hot!). The safe temperature range for the body is 8°C – 45°C.

Yes! The porcelain I use to make Figa is glazed or specially matte-finished. Both surfaces are completely hygienic and safe. Porcelain is naturally non-porous – it doesn't absorb moisture or bacteria. You can use it with all types of lubricants: water-based, silicone-based, or oil-based (preferably natural). However, I suggest choosing organic products that are good for your body and the planet.

It's simple! After each use (and before!), wash the Fig with warm water and a gentle, natural soap. You can also use a special cleaning solution for intimate toys. It's important to rinse it well and dry it thoroughly. A smooth Fig without patterns can be washed in the dishwasher.

If your Figa gets damaged, take advantage of our "oops" policy! Within 3 years of purchase, simply send us a picture of the damage and we'll replace it with a new one. The only exception is the lack of the dedicated box and bag. Take care of your Figa: avoid dropping it, hitting it against hard surfaces, and store it in a safe place so it can serve you for as long as possible.

Yes! Porcelain is a natural, durable, and environmentally friendly material. Figa massagers are cast in a small but professional porcelain manufactory, with care for every detail. I create products that are meant to last, instead of ending up in the trash after a season. I package them minimally, using eco-friendly materials.

Your comfort is my priority, so you can only return the Fig if it hasn't been unpacked from its box. Once the box has been opened (seal broken), a return is not possible due to safety and hygiene reasons.
